**Location**

BeachView Retreat is situated on Tahunanui hills overlooking Tasman Bay. Very private with unobstructed views to mountains & beaches. Walks around and over hills. Walk down to the beach in 5 minutes and only 10 minutes drive to Nelson City.



**Booking Conditions & Notes**

• No party or venue use. No smoking. No pets.



• Personal Residence - This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.



• Wheelchair Friendly - As the property is a large flat section on the hillside, it is wheelchair friendly. We have had guests in wheelchairs without any known problems. Access to toilet and shower are on the ground floor and should suit someone with limited mobility (but not with total dependency). We would be happy to discuss the property layout with any prospective guests.



**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
