Stay for a minimum of 28 days in our cozy suite located in a legal basement apartment, including a bedroom, private bathroom, and kitchen. The unit is soundproofed and well insulated for optimal comfort. Enjoy the privacy and coziness in this charming home away from home.
The space
Hosted by a former Airbnb Superhost for the past three years and nestled in a peaceful, safe, and mature neighborhood, our private one-bedroom apartment is an ideal haven for long-term stays. This newly built basement apartment provides a perfect blend of modernity and comfort, offering all the amenities you need for a seamless stay. The only shared space is the laundry room. Please note: We can comfortably accommodate up to ONLY two guests at a time.

The space includes:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed and two bedside lamps
- A private full bathroom
- A private kitchen
- A formal dining set for two
- A modern computer desk with a leather-upholstered manager chair
- A comfy leather-upholstered tub chair
- Towels and toiletries
- Iron and ironing board
- A shared washer and dryer, free of charge
