Located in the small town of Zirconia.  12 miles to Hendersonville, 15 miles to Saluda, 4 miles to Ride Rock Creek, a downhill mountain biking destination. A perfect location for all bike enthusiasts, whether you're a mountain biker or road/trail cyclist.

The main level of the house features:

A cozy living room with gas fireplace, smart tv and comfortable seating.

The eat-in kitchen is brand new, and includes all new appliances, a breakfast bar, and a dining table.  Perfect for your group of friends / family.

Two bedrooms on the main level.

Primary bedroom offers king bed, Bureau and TV

Second Guest Room offers queen bed, bureau and tv

Full Bathroom on main level offers tub/shower and beautiful vanity and plenty of fresh new towels.

Downstairs finished area:

Offers two single beds with fresh new linens and blankets at one end of the room and a brand new Queen size sleep sofa at the other end of the room

Spacious full bath includes walk in shower.

Comfortable seating for movie time or game time.

Washer and dryer in separate space for your convenience.

Pet Friendly;  2 dogs maximum.  Dog owners will love the convenience of the fenced in dog yard, accessible from downstairs door that opens to the wrap around fenced-in yard.
