A $400 refundable Security Bond is required to be paid before check in
Your Departure & BBQ Clean
Please ensure all dishes, crockery and cutlery are washed and put away when you leave. Please also clean BBQ and utensils back to original state. Excess cleaning upon your departure will incur charges from your security bond
Mid-stay Full Clean
A full clean, linen and bin change and top up of amenities is available with 72 hours notice, and at a cost a $295. This clean will occur between 9am to 5pm any day except Sunday and Public Holidays
Free WIFI

Red Bin (General Waste) â place on roadside every Wednesday (collection is Thursday)
The bins must be placed on the road-side if you are staying over those days â Thank you
