Retreat to this pair of beautifully updated, side-by-side coastal townhouses, each featuring the same stylish 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath layout. Booked together as one spacious retreat, they offer the perfect setup for families or groups seeking both shared time and separate space, comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests. Ideally located just moments from the base of Mount Coolum, a quick 4-min drive to the beach, and only 8-mins drive from Coolum Beachâs vibrant main street and surf club.
The Space:
These two side-by-side townhouses are offered together as one spacious holiday stay, each featuring the same modern layout, stylish design, and comfortable amenities. Both homes mirror each other in configuration, with the differences being that Townhouse 1 has a double bed in Bedroom 2 and Townhouse 2 includes a trundle bed in Bedroom 3 in addition to the single bed, making it ideal for accommodating an extra child.
On the ground floor, each townhouse welcomes you with a contemporary open-plan space that blends the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Sliding glass doors open onto a private outdoor patio with outdoor seating, creating a smooth indoorâoutdoor flow thatâs perfect for relaxing or cooking on the BBQ.
Inside, the living area is designed for comfort with two leather sofas, a smart TV, a six-seater dining table, and air-conditioning for year-round comfort. The fully equipped kitchens both include everything you need, such as a fridge/freezer, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, and toaster. Upstairs, youâll find the three bedrooms and the main bathroom in each townhouse:
Bedroom 1 (Master): A spacious master suite with a queen bed, built-in wardrobe, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, and sliding doors leading to the front balcony.
Bathroom 1: Newly renovated and appointed with a double vanity, shower, bath, and a separate toilet.
Bedroom 2:
- Townhouse 1: A bright coastal-style room with a double bed, air-conditioning, wardrobe, ceiling fan, and balcony access.
- Townhouse 2: A bright coastal-style room with a queen bed, air-conditioning, wardrobe, ceiling fan, and balcony access.
Bedroom 3:
- Townhouse 1: Single bed, wardrobe cupboard, and ceiling fan, offering space for one child.
- Townhouse 2: Single bed plus a trundle, offering space for two children.
Laundry: Each townhouse also includes a downstairs laundry with a front-loading washing machine, sink, and an additional toilet.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to two side-by-side townhouses, each with its own single garage and private patio area. Additional free street parking is also available in the court.

Nestled in the peaceful backstreets of Mount Coolum, the townhouses offers a quiet coastal escape without sacrificing convenience. Youâll be just a short walk from the base of Mount Coolum, perfect for adventurers chasing panoramic views, while an IGA, cafes, and other local amenities sit only 1 km away. The Mount Coolum Golf Course is also just a quick drive from your doorstep. Whether youâre drawn to the golden sands of Coolum Beach or eager to take on the iconic Mount Coolum climb, the area is overflowing with natural beauty. Positioned roughly halfway between Maroochydore and Noosa Heads, this beachside town is an ideal spot to explore the Sunshine Coast with family and friends. With grassy foreshore areas, family-friendly parks, and calm, sparkling waters, your days in Coolum are destined to be spent making the most of the great outdoors.
Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, which is approximately an 11-minute walk (800m) to David Low Way where the bus can be caught to Coolum Beach, Noosa (northbound) and the Airport, Maroochydore (southbound).
Other Things to Note:
*Pet-friendly for dogs, 2 maximum - upon application, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*The townhouses are in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
