Located two blocks from local beaches, this two-story, family-friendly vacation rental is a great way to experience this delightful gateway to Cape Cod! This home features a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances to make meal prep easy, a dining area with a table and chairs for mealtimes or family game nights, and a living area with a plush sectional and a TV for evening channel surfing.

It was in a good location. Very close to Onset Beach. We were able to see other sights in the Boston area from where the house was located. The house was clean with a simple layout. We had a very good time there.

Our stay was good overall. The property was clean, with plenty of towels provided which was a plus. Although we didn’t cook during our short visit, the kitchen was large and well equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, and the location was ideal—just a short drive to the Cape. We experienced minor TV issues, but it didn’t impact our stay. The internet connection was fast and reliable. Would happily return.

We had plenty of space for our family of 7. The house was comfortable and close to things like the grocery store, planet fitness, and the canal.

4th of July 2025

The house was as described. We did have a very serious storm the night we arrived and lost power until the next afternoon.. once power was restored we recognized that we did not have any hot water. I reached out to the owner and he advised me to reset the switch. I did that but the hot water did not return.. owner came to the property later in the afternoon into the early evening.At 7 PM we had hot water.Other than that, the stay was a good stay and a good time with family.

The house was in an ideal location for our travels and minutes from Onset beach. Many beds and plenty of space to spread out, including a few decks — even one in the master bedroom. However, the house was not fully clean — dust was visible on every bathroom vent, as well as mold on the shower room ceiling. The fridge was dirty inside as well. There amenities were okay. Beds were clean with extra blankets, but not enough pillows. The beds were overall alright, slightly uncomfortable with thin pillows. There were some supplies in the house, but not enough for the amount of people housed. We ran out of paper towels and toilet paper within a day. No wine glasses or glasses at all, just ceramic plates/mugs and plastic cups. The kitchen had a lot of cutlery and pans, which was great for cooking large meals. Plenty of towels for showering and the beach. The porch would have been perfect if there was more light outside — we couldn’t tell if there was a switch or not. Bring entertainment as it seems the TV isn’t 100% functional. Overall great spot for Onset beach with a lot of room for a family getaway or a hangout spot, but could use some work in terms of comfort.
