Then, continue the tour and you'll come across the inviting living room with direct access to the spacious lakefront deck and sunroom. The living room boasts two armchairs (one with a footstool), a sofa, a ceiling fan, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and board games. Experience unparalleled lake views from the furnished deck and let this be the best outdoor gathering spot ever! It boasts a seating area, an outdoor dining area, and even a gas grill, perfect for summer barbecues. Come back inside and unwind in peace in the sunroom, equipped with two sofas, three armchairs, and a ceiling fan. This is a great nook to read, take naps, or simply relax on your own. This level also has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub/shower combos, and a laundry nook. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, but only the main bedroom has a flatscreen TV.
