Emergency Exit Plan – For Your Safety

In the unlikely event of an emergency such as a fire, gas leak, or other immediate danger, your safety comes first. Please follow these steps to exit the property quickly and safely:

🔥 In Case of Fire or Smoke: The firm alarm for the building goes on continuously which can be heard through the speakers connected centrally, in this scenario please follow the below:

1. Stay calm. Do not try to retrieve personal belongings.
2. Exit the property immediately through the nearest safe exit:
o Main Exit: Front door – located in the living room
3. Avoid using elevators (the building representatives will also disable the elevators in case of firm alarm activates)
4. If smoke is present, stay low to the ground and cover your nose and mouth.
5. Once outside, move to a safe distance and call 911.

1. Do not use any electrical devices (including light switches or your phone) inside.
2. Open windows and doors to ventilate the space.
3. Exit the home immediately and call 911 or the gas company once outside.

A floor plan/diagram is provided of the building and the fire exit staircase at your arrival, please study the floor plan and the exit route in case of the emergency exit is needed.

Front door leads directly outside to the floor lobby, continue straight and the fire exit staircase is the 2nd door to the right from the unit. Also follow the exit signs in the lobby.
Back door exits to [e.g., the backyard or side alley with access to the street].

Please gather at outside the main entrance near the pond and sitting area in front of the building. Do not block the main entrance as that would be used by the emergency responders. Wait until the alarm / emergency is resolved and good to enter back in the building.
