The Space:

Loft 305 offers a balance of focus and relaxation — a light-filled studio overlooking The William’s skylit atrium and Carrigan’s below. It’s calm, bright, and designed for guests who want comfort, character, and convenience.



Tall ceilings and soft textures create an inviting atmosphere. A dedicated desk and fast Wi-Fi make remote work simple, while a Bluetooth-enabled record player and curated Alabama vinyl collection invite slow mornings or wind-down evenings.



The fully outfitted kitchen includes a stand mixer, blender, baking sheets, bar set, chef’s knives, small-batch teas, assorted spices, and reusable paper towels — plus French press, Chemex, burr grinder, and locally roasted beans.



Finished with luxury linens, in-unit laundry, and small-batch toiletries, this is a true StayBham space: stylish, effortless, and thoughtfully personal.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of their private loft apartment, including the fully equipped kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bathroom. Each unit also has an in-unit washer/dryer, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi.



Entry to the building and apartment is keycard-controlled for security. You’ll receive clear instructions before arrival.



The hallways and common entry areas are shared with other residents and guests of The William.
