Located just 6 minutes from Christchurch Airport, this home suits early-morning flights, visiting families, sports groups, work teams, or anyone wanting an easy and practical base.

The fully fenced, gated section is perfect for letting kids play outside safely, while the generous lounge and big sofa make movie nights a breeze.

With a full kitchen, laundry, two bathrooms and multiple sleeping configurations, the home is set up for relaxed, low-stress stays.

Quality linen and towelling provided.
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are Eco Store.

City Sounds – This townhouse is located in a vibrant city setting, close to roads and neighbours, so you`ll hear the typical sounds of city life—like people and cars passing.

Closing the windows helps create a much quieter indoor space, and for light sleepers, we recommend bringing along earplugs just in case. Thanks for understanding and embracing the energy of urban living!
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.

We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
