The Space:

Mural Suite is a stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the vibrant heart of Santurce, Puerto Rico. Perfect for families, friends, or business travelers, this modern retreat combines comfort and luxury with all the amenities needed for an unforgettable stay. Explore Santurce’s dynamic art scene, live music, and diverse culinary experiences — all within walking distance or a short ride away. The beautiful Condado Lagoon is just a 10-minute walk, and the beach is a short ride away.



We also manage another 3-bedroom unit on the same floor of this building — Botanical Suite — so feel free to ask us if you’re interested.



BACKUP WATER CISTERN



IF THERE IS A TEMPORARY WATER OUTAGE, THE HOME IS EQUIPPED WITH A BACKUP CISTERN THAT PROVIDES WATER TO THE ENTIRE APARTMENT. THIS ALLOWS GUESTS TO CONTINUE USING THE BATHROOMS, KITCHEN, AND OTHER WATER FIXTURES AS NEEDED.



ADDITIONAL NOTES ⚠️



NO ELEVATOR 🏢



This building does not have an elevator. Access to all floors is by stairs only. The unit is on the 2nd floor, requiring approximately 14 steps. Guests with mobility concerns should plan accordingly.



NO PARKING 🚗



There are no 24-hour parking garages nearby, and street parking is limited. We do not recommend renting a car — Uber or local rideshares are the easiest way to get around. Please reach out if you have questions before booking.

Relax in the bright, spacious living area with comfortable seating and a large TV for entertainment. The living area flows into the dining space, creating a perfect spot for socializing and spending time together.

The apartment includes access to a washer and dryer located just outside the unit, in the hallway. These machines are shared with one other apartment and are free to use during your stay — perfect for longer stays or light packing.





GETTING AROUND 🚗



We recommend moving around via Uber if staying within the general San Juan/Metro area.



If you plan to rent a car to explore the island, this property **DOES NOT** have parking.





LOCATION 📍



Mural Suite is located in Santurce, Puerto Rico — one of San Juan’s most vibrant and trendy neighborhoods. From Mural Suite, you’re just a 10-minute walk from the Condado Lagoon and a short ride from the beach. The area is filled with art galleries, colorful murals, live music venues, and some of the best dining spots Puerto Rico has to offer.



Explore local art, enjoy live music at nearby venues, and savor the island’s diverse culinary scene — from authentic Puerto Rican dishes to modern fusion cuisine. Don’t miss La Placita, a lively market by day and one of San Juan’s most popular nightlife hubs by night.



Forget the rental car — from here, you can easily walk or Uber to many places! The apartment is approximately 10 minutes from the airport, and restaurants, parks, supermarkets, pharmacies, and shops.



There are many things to do in the surrounding areas, here are some of our favorites:



Chill at the beach! The apartment has beach chairs, towels, and coolers for a long day at the beach. Several beaches to choose from! Ocean Park, Isla Verde Beach, Condado Beach, Escambrón Beach and many more. Take a short Uber ride and enjoy your day at the beach.



A Street Art Tour of Santurce - Colorful, vibrant, and artsy, that is Santurce! Reminiscent of Miami's Wynwood Arts District or Chicago's West Loop, this San Juan district's fizzy personality is the result of a community of artists coming together year after year to "fix-up" a forgotten neighborhood. The community of artists grew into a movement motivated by the idea that art can change and heal buildings as well as people.



The Condado Lagoon is just a 5 minute walk away! We highly recommend renting a paddle board and enjoying a nice relaxing day at the lagoon. It also has a wonderful jogging trail surrounding the Lagoon which is fantastic.



Explore Miramar, This up-and-coming hip street is littered with funky dining and shopping options.

Visit Puerto Rico Convention Center is the largest convention center in the Caribbean and one of the most technologically advanced in the Americas.



Lunch or dinner at “La Placita de Santurce” – a local market with 20+ restaurants and awesome nightlife. We love “Santaella” restaurant, local cuisine with a modern approach located in La Placita.



If you are in the mood for a relaxing night at the movie theater, you can visit Fine Arts Cinema, which is just a two-minute drive from Boho Loft.



Explore the El Yunque Rainforest. El Yunque is an easy 40-minute drive from the property and is the only rainforest under US Flagship.



Spend a day in Old San Juan. Boho Loft is a 10-minute drive away from the oldest city in all of the US. There’s a lot of history to be seen and great food and drinks to be had.
