Nestled in a rare setting where open farmland meets the sea, this sophisticated manor overlooks the tranquil Wonnerup Inlet and the golden curve of Wonnerup Beach, blending country calm with coastal serenity.

On the lower level, a relaxed sitting area leads into a Hamptons-style kitchen featuring modern appliances—including an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and Nespresso machine—centred around a generous island for effortless meal preparation. Bathed in natural light, the dining area with built-in window seating invites relaxed conversation over shared meals. Upstairs, the main living area serves as a refined retreat with a pool table, wet bar and plush lounge opening to a wraparound balcony that captures a sweeping outlook across the Indian Ocean.

Four beautifully styled bedrooms provide tranquil retreats for everyone. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed and an open-plan layout where an arched entryway leads to a spa bath, separate glass shower, and double vanity with elegant gold fixtures. A second queen bedroom shares the upper level, while downstairs offers a third queen room and a fourth with two trundles. The main bathroom continues the home’s timeless aesthetic with a deep bathtub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity—creating a calm space to refresh after coastal adventures. A full laundry with a washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.

Outdoors, the expansive terrace and wraparound verandahs open to a world of leisure, where ocean breezes drift through open spaces and the inlet shimmers beyond the lawns. Spend sunlit afternoons beside the private pool, recline on a sun lounger, or fire up the BBQ for an alfresco meal beneath the wide country sky. With split-system air conditioning and heating in every room, and parking for up to ten vehicles, this retreat offers refined comfort and complete privacy.

Please note: the pool house is occupied by long-term residents and not available for booking; however, the pool, tennis court, front lawns, and driveway are completely exclusive to your group. We provide bath towels only. Please bring your own pool towels. This property is suitable for light aircraft and helicopter landings with prior notice.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Down by the foreshore, enjoy a leisurely stroll along the iconic Busselton Jetty or explore the fascinating Underwater Observatory beneath the waves. Afterwards, settle in for sunset drinks at The Goose or sample craft brews at Shelter Brewing Co. or Rocky Ridge.

And when you’re ready to venture further, the world-class wineries, breweries and restaurants of the Margaret River Wine Region are just a short drive away. Please note that, the house has internal stairs. The master bedroom, second bedroom, and the second living area are located upstairs.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
