Fully furnished with FREE WiFi, private balcony and all of the inclusions you could need for a comfortable stay. Welcome to Splash! This modern, spacious apartment is perfectly located in the eastern side of Adelaide CBD. Located on Eden St in Adelaide, Splash! is walking distance to the central markets, supermarkets and Adelaideâs best cafes, restaurants and shops.
Upon arrival at Splash! youâll immediately feel comfortable with our modern furnishings and finishes. Entry into our apartment is via lockbox key collection available 24 hours.
Our open plan kitchen, living and dining is perfect for relaxing in front of the TV, cooking up a storm or cosying up on the day bed with a freshly brewed coffee and a âcanât put it downâ book.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay including a Nespresso machine, oven, electric cooktop, fridge, and plenty of kitchenwares! Take a seat in our dining area and entertain in style with our 6 seater dining.
Our apartment has three queen bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, comfortable bedding and vintage wash linens. There are hanging clothes racks in the bedrooms if you need to store any clothes. Enjoy provisions of hair and body care amenities on us. Laundry facilities are available in the apartment with a washing machine and dryer. We have a dedicated office space with Apple Mac computer for guest use.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
