Set within the exclusive Hacienda de Mita enclave, this residence offers open-concept interiors with an elegant yet welcoming ambiance. Soft natural tones and carefully chosen finishes reflect the tranquility of the Pacific coast, while wide sliding doors open the space to the tropical outdoors. Designed for comfort and connection, the home seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living — ideal for slow mornings, al fresco dinners, and everything in between.



Bedroom Configuration:

Master Bedroom: One King bed, private en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and bathtub, safe (2 guests)

Bedroom 2: One King bed, private en-suite bathroom (2 guests)

Bedroom 3: Two Queen beds, private en-suite bathroom (2 guests)

Service Room: One Single bunk bed (2 guests, recommended for staff/nanny)

* For all Holiday requests, please contact our team. Many properties will accept a minimum of 7-nights but we prefer 14 nights if the dates overlap Christmas or New Year's week.



The Space:

No pets allowed.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the residence and enjoy privileged entry to the private beach clubs and amenities of the Punta Mita Resort, including golf, tennis, and more (subject to availability and reservation). The home includes a 6-seater golf cart for local use, making your stay not only comfortable but seamlessly connected to everything the resort has to offer.



Punta Mita Beach Club Fee

Effective January 6, 2026

A one-time, per-person, per-stay access fee applies to all vacation rental guests and must be paid prior to arrival.

Adults & Teens (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service

Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service

Under 5: No charge



This fee provides access (subject to availability) to Club Punta Mita beach clubs and amenities.

Additional facilities such as golf, racquet sports, ocean activities, and the gym incur extra charges.



The Neighborhood:

Staying in Hacienda de Mita means front-row access to some of Punta Mita’s most prized features. You’re just a few steps from the swimmable beaches of Banderas Bay and minutes from two Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses. The town of Punta de Mita, with its beach clubs, restaurants, and boutiques, is just 10 minutes away. Whether you're into surfing, snorkeling, kayaking, whale watching, or just lounging in the sun — you’ll find it all right here.



Getting Around:

To arrive at Punta Mita, we recommend using private transportation. Once on the property, getting around is part of the experience: a 6-seater golf cart is included in your stay, making it easy to explore the resort’s golf courses, beaches, and dining spots at your own pace. The relaxed rhythm of Punta Mita is best enjoyed with the wind in your hair and no agenda.

Notify immediately about any damage or incident on the property

After 22hrs loud music is not allowed and we ask to maintain a moderate noise level

Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation

No eating in the pool

No food in the bedrooms

No climbing on the couches with shoes.

1. Respect one´s neighbors and refrain from excess noise, quiet hours begins at 10 pm. During the day, also be considerate with noise levels that may affect your neighbors.

2. Respect the Speed Limit of 40 km/hr. within Punta Mita.

3. Respect all signs throughout Punta mita, your Community, and at the Clubs.

4. In Punta Mita, responsible use of golf carts is encouraged for all our visitors. Minors are not authorized to drive these

vehicles, only these with a valid driver’s license. Additionally, drinking and driving a golf cart is strongly discouraged to ensure

the safety of both the driver and other members of our community.

5. Walk & jog on the recreational paths - not on the road or Golf Course. Pet owners must keep their dogs on a leash all the

time in common areas and carry bags to pick after your pets.

6. The Golf Course is for golfers - and only for golfers.

7. Golf Dress Code must be respected for all golfers and spectators. Improperly dressed persons will be asked to change

before using the facilities.

8. Fitness Facilities: All users are required to register their arrival at the reception before accessing the gym. Guests must pay

the corresponding fee for the use of the facilities, in accordance with the rates established at the reception. Furthermore,

it is essential to strictly adhere to the gym's rules, which include: avoiding the use of mobile phones, using headphones during

workouts, cleaning equipment after each use, and maintaining respect towards other users at all times.

9. Members must accompany invited guests to the Beach Clubs or other Club facilities; otherwise, they will not be

permitted to enter the Clubs.

10. In the interest of everyone´s safety and security all guests that visit Punta Mita must be pre-registered with the HOA.
