Tau 612 combines modern luxury with thoughtful design. Each of its three bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy and comfort. Wake up to serene ocean views and enjoy quiet mornings in the spacious living room or private plunge pool. Guests can also take advantage of daily breakfast preparation services (ingredients not included) to start each day with ease. This sophisticated space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, a BBQ and direct access to the Tau community center with a gym, and lap pool.



Bedroom Configuration:

Master Bedroom: One (1) King size bed, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and double shower, Smart TV, desk, A/C, furnished deck with spectacular ocean views.

Bedroom 2: Two (2) Full size beds, one is a trundle bed, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, Smart TV, A/C, furnished deck with spectacular ocean views.

Bedroom 3: Three (3) Full size beds, two of these are trundle beds, ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, A/C, furnished deck.

* For all Holiday requests, please contact our team. Many properties will accept a minimum of 7-nights but we prefer 14 nights if the dates overlap Christmas or New Year's week.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to Tau 612, including its private plunge pool, the Tau community center, and the amenities offered within the Punta Mita resort community. Enjoy access to premier beach clubs, Premier Golf membership, daily housekeeping, and breakfast preparation services (ingredients not included) for a truly seamless experience.



Punta Mita Beach Club Fee

Effective January 6, 2026

A one-time, per-person, per-stay access fee applies to all vacation rental guests and must be paid prior to arrival.

Adults & Teens (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service

Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service

Under 5: No charge



This fee provides access (subject to availability) to Club Punta Mita beach clubs and amenities. Additional facilities such as golf, racquet sports, ocean activities, and the gym incur extra charges.

Our concierge can arrange private transportation for longer trips or help you explore nearby attractions like Sayulita or La Cruz de Huanacaxtle.

Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out.

Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity.

Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property.

Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.

After 10 pm, loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level.

Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation.

Eating is not allowed in the pool.

Do not put food in the bedrooms.

It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes.



No pets allowed.
