The space

At Epic Group Getaway, you’ll find two nearly identical, side-by-side 4-bedroom homes thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 16 guests in comfort, style, and harmony. With over 5,000 sq ft of living space, two private yards, two hot tubs, and all the modern conveniences your group could wish for, this home promises a memorable stay for families, celebrations, friends’ weekends, or retreats.

Kindly note: No parties, events, or commercial filming. Maximum 16 guests. We welcome mature, respectful groups only.

BEDROOMS (8 Total Across Both Homes)

Each home is arranged with:

✔ A Primary Suite featuring a King Bed, 65 TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower — your private sanctuary.

✔ A Queen Bedroom with plush bedding and generous storage

✔ An Upstairs Twin Room with two cozy twin beds

✔ A Downstairs Twin Room with two twin beds next to a convenient half bath

All bedrooms are appointed with blackout curtains, overhead fans, and luxurious linens to ensure you enjoy a peaceful, restful sleep.

Each home offers an inviting open-concept main floor designed for connection and relaxation:

Guest access

You will have exclusive access to both homes and the private yards. We kindly ask you to be respectful of the neighbors and community.

Other things to note

NO PARTIES, please. We strictly enforce the guest limit to maintain our Good Neighbor policy.

Well-behaved pets are welcomed with a $100 pet fee each and adherence to our pet policy.
