Tucked away on Cooloola Hill, this lovely dog-friendly home is just a short stroll to Noosa Junctionâs vibrant cafes and less than 5 minutesâ drive to Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach. Each bedroom is air-conditioned for year round comfort. Please note: this peaceful home is available for one family onlyâno group stays. Pets welcome on request.
The Space:
Step inside your home away from home â a spacious and beautifully presented 4-bedroom house designed for relaxation and easy coastal living. With three separate lounge areas, including an inviting outdoor space beside the pool, there's room for everyone to unwind in comfort.
The large family-friendly pool is perfect for warm Noosa days, while the fully enclosed garden offers a safe space for your dog to roam freely. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy relaxed alfresco meals under the covered outdoor area, or simply lounge poolside with a book and soak up the sunshine.
This comfortable and well-equipped home has everything you need for a memorable Noosa escape.
Note: this home is open to one family at the time to respect the quiet neighbourhood surrounding and its residents.

Two off street car spaces in the driveway.
The Neighborhood:
Situated on the hillside above Noosa Junction, where the locals like to shop and socialise. The Junction is the main business hub of Noosa and offers all conveniences to visitors, including a cinema, theatre, major supermarkets, boutique shopping, and numerous bars, cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets and all under a 10 minute walk
Take a short drive to both Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach only 2.2km away or for the more energetic, it is approx. a 25 minute walk.
Other Things to Note:
By confirming your booking, each guest agrees to abide by the Noosa Council Code of Conduct.

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR GUEST BEHAVIOUR
1. Each vehicle used by an occupant of the premises mustâ
(A) be stored in a manner that does not cause a nuisance or inconvenience
to adjoining premises; and
(B) be parked within the parking facilities at the premises;
2. Each occupant of the premises who enters, uses or occupies the premises,
including any outdoor area of the premises, for example, an outdoor entertainment
area, deck, balcony, swimming pool or spa, must notâ
(A) detrimentally affect the residential amenity (including but not limited to
noise, overlooking or light spill) enjoyed by residents adjoining, or in the
vicinity of, the premises; or
(B) cause a nuisance (including a noise nuisance); or
(C) display unacceptable behavior, for exampleâ
- loud aggressive behaviour;
- yelling, screaming, arguing;
- excessively loud cheering, clapping or singing; or
(D) create a level of noise which is in excess of the acceptable levels described
by Queensland Government legislation for environmental protection (noise).
3. An occupant of the premises must not sleep or camp on the premises in a tent,
caravan, campervan or similar facility;
4. Pets occupying the premises must be managed and not cause a nuisance (including
a noise nuisance);
5. Each occupant of the premises must store general waste (including the separation
of recyclable waste) produced as a result of the ordinary use or occupation of the
premises in a waste container;
6. Each occupant of the premises must ensure that the premises, including the
grounds of the premises, are kept in a safe and tidy condition.
