Luxury Stay in PV

This vacation condo has everything you would expect for an upscale rental property. Upscale- comfortable decor, 5-star views of the waterfront, great amenities (poolside, restaurants, concierge) and direct beach access. Very convenient, close and safe to travel by taxi to downtown for dining & shopping. Highly recommended for the discerning traveler!

Icon Vallarta Beach Front Luxury Resort Condo, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

This resort condo was the best I have ever experienced! It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, had all the amenities to make our stay perfect, and afforded a most spectacular view overlooking Banderas Bay. The service at their restaurant was excellent, the pools crystal clear and clean and all staff very professional and pleasant. It was close to shopping mall, casino and restaurants.

IT DOESN’T GET ANY BETTER THEN THIS!!!

Wow! Is all I have to say! We have stayed at many places in Puerto Vallarta and we are very particular. We felt right at home. This was the best place we have ever stayed at to date. We had a direct view of the mountains and ocean. The beds were so comfortable and luscious. The staff was very kind and always they’re to help you. I would highly recommend this unit especially if you are a discerning traveller, it will not disappoint.

Absolutely incredible!

My sisters and I walked into this condominium to begin our 4 night stay and we were blown away! It is gorgeous and the views are stunning! The suite is very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. There were many extras like beach bags and robes available for our use which were very convenient. The property manager and concierge were friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. We enjoyed relaxing on the huge balcony mornings and evenings. You can see both the sunrise and sunset due to the size and orientation of the suite! Amazing! Can't wait to return some day!

Stunning!

From the beautifully decorated suite to the stunning oceanview this suite offers it all. This is our 3rd time renting from Rene and Steve. They have thought of everything, from the fully stocked kitchen, the luxurious bedding, Apple TV, free long distance etc.. This year we used the services of the resident Chef. He prepared a spectacular meal for 9. The property manager, Marcos , was also a big help. We can't wait to return once again to this little piece of Paradise. See you 2015.

Photos could not do it justice

This stunning condo exceeded our expectations. The spectacular views of the ocean, mountains and city are just the beginning. The large rooms are beautifully decorated in a style that is chic and utterly unique. Everything was immaculate, fresh and in good repair. The towels and linens were wonderful, and we loved that there were toiletries in every bathroom, bathrobes in every bedroom and beach towels and beach bags provided for our use. I enjoyed this unit and complex better than any 5-star resort I have ever visited, because it had all the amenities I wanted, but was also quiet, private and wonderfully spacious. I would go back tomorrow if I could.

Amazing Beachfront Condo

From the stunning views to the elaborate furnishings there is no other to compare to the beauty and comfort of this 'home away from home'! From the time you arrive it only gets better and better. The condo is spotless and the beds and linens are top of the line. The kitchen is stocked with every amenity allowing you to prepare gourmet meals or midnight snacks. The location couldn't be better. It is easy walking to many great restaurants, Mall shopping and the Marina. The little extras, the 3-D TV in the living room, the self closing drawers in the kitchen and a women's favorite, "toilet seats" that close themselves all add to this awesome condo. We can't wait to return to Paradise! Thank you Rene and Steve for allowing us such a great experience!

Every year is better than the last!

I think we are addicted to this special place. We are barely home and already thinking next year. Happy to say we have rebooked for 2017. Icon is the best property in PV--more boutique hotel than condo development and Rene and Steve's Casa Kimberly Dawn is the best of the best. The condo is equipped with everything you could imagine you would ever want or need. Add to that spectacular Bay of Banderas sunsets --it just doesn't get better.Rene and Steve are lovely to deal with and left us new suggestions to explore in dining . Outstanding were new restaurants Barrio Bistro( our favourite) and Bravos in the heart of Romantica Zone.We have enjoyed 3 visits to this property and are anticipating another great adventure next year. If you come you will not be disappointed.

OUTSTANDING – OVER THE TOP!!!

Casa Carl is furnished, decorated and equipped with every amenity you could think of including Internet, Apple TV, Netflix., full kitchen , even has a pizza pan, and blender. This condo is truly over the top in it’s luxury, beyond luxury. We woke up each morning with spectacular ocean views the most beautiful mountains and Banderas Bay. We enjoyed the large terrace and outside dining lounge chairs solely for our daily siesta. Spacious areas for spending time together and quiet spaces with full privacy, the home is perfect for family retreats or couples vacationing together, who want to live in luxury while on vacation. On the spot location to some of the finest restaurants, night clubs, shops. The staff, and concierge were there for all our needs and wants, quite often they anticipated our needs. The fellows at the beach bar are so friendly and helpful

Nothing Can Compare to this Luxurious Condo

From the moment we arrived and stepped out of the private elevator into this amazing condo we were completely blown away! If you like gentle breezes and views that can't be beat, you will love the hours you can spend on the huge balcony overlooking the ocean. This condo has furnishings that are over the top and outside the box!!! Luxe!! Luxe!! Luxe!!The owner decorates with style and luxury, that can’t be found in any other units in the building. We know because we looked around. If you are looking for a holiday filled with happy memories, you can't beat this elegant charming condo. There are all the amenities of a luxury hotel and more: soft sheets, fluffy towels, large flat-screen TV and Apple TV, in-suite Wi-Fi, gourmet-appointed kitchen, marble-lined bathrooms and a private balcony overlooking The Banderas Bay. It was breathtaking and extremely romantic. The owners thought of EVERYTHING! I would highly recommend staying here again and again and again!!!

The description of the condo is exactly as listed. Balconies that wrap around the entire condo from front to back with absolutely stunning views!! The sunsets were truly amazing! No need to ever leave the condo. The condo itself was spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated with all amenities you could possibly need including a fully equipped kitchen, Apple TV, netflix, several phones for your use including one for long distance and a cell phone for local calls. The beds and bedding were very luxurious. The bathrooms were roomy and fantastic. Closet space in all the rooms was great. The pool and beach area are outstanding! Some of the restaurants that had been recommended by the owner and concierge were amazing - La Palapa, Vista Grill, Cafe Des Artistes to name a few. The young adults really enjoyed a day of adventure zip lining, water sliding, etc - the concierge helped to arrange this great day. The staff, concierge and property manager were all very friendly and accomodating. The owner left us a bottle of wine and a picture frame as a special gift for our 25th anniversary. How thoughtful!! We would love to come back and stay here again and would hightly recommend it.

Breathtaking Beauty!

We just returned from a fabulous six week vacation staying at Casa Kimberly Dawn. Rene and Steve (the owners) have gone to great lengths in creating this jaw droppingly beautiful three bedroom home - incorporating the finest details in décor and design. The attention to every amenity provides an experience that is beyond 5 star! The bedrooms are gorgeous with wonderful high end linens, towels and bathrobes. The view from the massive wrap around balcony provides an incredible vista of Banderas Bay. We invited friends over for cocktails and watched the spectacular sunset. On some days we could spot whales in the bay. It was magical! The Icon property is very much like a boutique hotel with very helpful concierge service and a wonderful staff of people only to happy to help in any way. The grounds are meticulous with pools that stretch right to the beach area. The location is perfect...close to shopping and grocery stores with taxis at the gate ready to take to into town or to several new restaurants in the area. The property manager, Marcos is outstanding. He welcomed us upon our arrival and was always available to answer questions or attend to special needs. It does not get better than this!
