Villa 173 is set within lush tropical gardens to the northern end of the Mirage grounds. This two-bedroom villa backs onto the shared villa pools offering easy access and the convenience of taking a refreshing dip any time of the day. Itâs ideal for families with younger children, allowing the kids to be entertained, as parents can relax on the sun loungers with a cool beverage in hand, whilst supervising the young ones. Itâs the perfect spot to soak up the warmer weather and tropical surrounds. Set within a secluded block of 4, Villa 173 offers easy beach access across the 7th Fairway and is only a short drive into town.
The front entrance leads through to the dining and fully equipped kitchen, whilst the sunk-in lounge & living area is accessed via a few steps down. Designed with high ceilings, natural light filters through, giving it a bright and airy feel. A panel of glass sliding doors opens onto an outdoor entertainment space for further enjoyment.
Split across two levels, itâs stylish in presentation and boasts two generous sized bedrooms. The master is located upstairs and comprises of ensuite & private balcony. The second bedroom is located downstairs and offers flexible bedding configuration, with built-in wardrobes and a small private courtyard.
The central bathroom has a built-in laundry for added convenience. Both bathrooms have been renovated and offer walk-in shower facilities.
