Tucked away in a quiet pocket of Silver Sands, this charming coastal home is just a short stroll from Mandurahâs pristine beaches. Designed for comfort and relaxation, it features spacious, sunlit interiors and a beautifully styled outdoor area. The owner lives in a separate dwelling at the rear. The pool and patio are shared, with pool access available November to April. Not suitable for children or pets.
â¶ïž We give our guests the space they need to enjoy their accomodation uninterrupted, but rest assured we're just a message away - don't hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns or questions you may have.
â¶ïž We're in the office Mon-Fri 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Outside of these hours, we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

The home is in Silver Sands, a quiet and family-friendly suburb of Mandurah. It's known for its stunning coastline and relaxed atmosphere. You'll be within walking distance of the beach and a short drive from local cafes, restaurants, and shops. The area offers a mix of residential charm and convenient access to tourist attractions, including the Mandurah Foreshore, Dolphin Quay, and various parks.

Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): A tranquil retreat with a comfortable king-sized bed and a large window overlooking the garden. The room is decorated in a minimalist style with a neutral color palette, creating a serene and calming atmosphere.
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): This spacious bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, perfect for a couple or a single traveler. The room is well-lit and includes ample storage space for your belongings.
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Ideal for a couple or friends, this room has a comfortable queen bed and is decorated with a cheerful and inviting design.
Living Room: A bright and spacious area with comfortable seating and a smart TV. The room flows seamlessly into the dining and kitchen areas, making it a great space for socializing.
Kitchen: A functional kitchen equipped with a full-size fridge with a palm leaf decal, an oven, a stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher. It has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
Dining Area: Features a large white table with seating for six, perfect for family dinners. The dining area is bathed in natural light from the large windows, offering lovely views of the neighborhood.
Bathroom: A clean bathroom with a full-size bathtub, a shower, and a spacious vanity. A large mirror and bright lighting make it functional and comfortable.
Outdoor Patio and Pool: A shared backyard oasis! The paved patio has comfortable seating, a hanging swing chair, and a fire pit. The highlight is the shared swimming pool, which is open seasonally from November to April. Access to this area is locked during the other months.
By Car: The property is easily accessible by car, with on-site parking available. It's a quick drive to the Mandurah city center and surrounding attractions.
By Public Transport: A local bus stop is within walking distance, providing access to Mandurah's public transport network.
By Foot or Bicycle: The area is flat and pedestrian-friendly, with pathways leading to the beach and nearby parks. Exploring on foot or by bike is a great way to experience the local area at a leisurely pace.

â¶ïž The pool is open November to April only and not a child friendly.
â¶ïž Day room is a shared space. The salon located downstairs. Guests are not permitted to use the salon or the pool area, as the pool is still undergoing renovations and awaiting compliance approval once the fence has been completed.
