- Directly across from the signature Ski Tower (about a 30 second walk), offering true ski-in/ski-out access via the King's Crown run to the base of Park City Mountain and ski locker storage.
- Relaxing in the private or community hot tub after a day of skiing.
- Open floor-plan perfect for entertaining.
- Just a short walk from Old Town.
WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 11 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
- This home is not pet friendly under any circumstances.
- Ski-in/out access is only available starting on Martin Luther King Jr. Day (1/19/26) to the end of the ski season.
- A private hot tub will be installed Fall 2025.
- New photos of the updated bedding configuration will be coming soon. Listed bed configuration is accurate.
- This home requires final homeowner approval to confirm any reservation.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once the required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- Half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Stays greater than thirty (30) nights are non-refundable. The Reservation Team will reach out to schedule additional cleaning and process payment.
