Welcome to Sea La Vie in Maroochydore! This stylish two-storey townhouse is perfectly located just a 10-15min stroll to the beach, shops and CBD. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, ducted AC throughout, and a lovely open-plan living and kitchen area, it comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Blending modern style with relaxed coastal charm, itâs the ideal base for families or friends looking to unwind and explore everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer, with plenty to enjoy just steps from your door.
The Space:
As you enter this stylish and homely townhouse, youâll find the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Large glass sliding doors lead out to the private patio, creating an easy indoorâoutdoor flow thatâs perfect for relaxing, with alfresco dining for 6 and a BBQ. Inside, the living space features a comfortable chaise sofa, a smart TV, a dining table and with ducted air-conditioning for year round comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge/freezer, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster and handy small appliances. Upstairs, youâll find all three bedrooms, detailed below:
Bedroom 1 (Main Bedroom): A spacious retreat with a plush king-size bed, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan, desk, and a walk-in wardrobe leading to the ensuite.
Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): Compact and functional, featuring a shower, vanity, and toilet.
Bedroom 2: Styled to perfection, this room is fitted with a comfortable king-size bed, wardrobe cupboard, ducted air-conditioning, and a ceiling fan.
Bathroom 2: Conveniently located between bedroom 2 and 3, this bathroom is complete with a shower, bath, toilet and vanity.
Bedroom 3: Ideal for kids, this room includes two king single beds, a wardrobe cupboard, ducted air-conditioning, and a ceiling fan.
Laundry: Conveniently located in the garage, complete with a front-loading washing machine and sink.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire double storey townhouse along with space to park 2 cars in the double garage. There is also free street parking available.
The Neighborhood:
The townhouse is just a 15-minute (1km) walk to the beautiful Cotton Tree Beach. Youâll also find plenty within walking distance, including great cafes, restaurants, and an Aldi. For a short drive, enjoy the Maroochydore Surf Club, Cotton Tree, plus plenty of amazing beaches. With parks, playgrounds, and scenic coastal paths nearby, itâs the perfect spot to relax and explore on your getaway.

This townhouse is ideally located for exploring Maroochydore on foot. Nestled in the backstreets, itâs within walking distance to beaches, cafes, restaurants, the CBD, and the Sunshine Plaza. Public transport is also close by, with bus services just a 2-minute (150m) walk to Aerodrome Road, connecting you north to Maroochydore main station then onto areas like Coolum or Noosa, or southbound to Mooloolaba and Kawana.
Other Things to Note:
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations.
