Enjoy our stylish and luxurious studio condo with all high-end finishes conveniently located within walking distance to the Village and gondola in the mountains of Mammoth Lakes, CA!

Our kitchen is well-stocked with all-new stainless steel appliances. Your feet will LOVE the heated floors in the spa-like bathroom. Spread out in the king bed with tempur-pedic mattress, new queen-size pullout sofa bed, 40-inch flat screen smart TV, electric fireplace, indoor ski/board storage, and shared year-round hot tub and sauna, pool, and laundry just steps from the front door!

Just a quick walk to the Village in Mammoth Lakes, Gondola, Mammoth Brewing Company, and numerous restaurants, shops, and bars!

Accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

The unit is in a condo complex, please be mindful of other guests. Please conserve energy by turning off lights when you leave for the day.

There is a very strict NO Smoking policy within the 50 feet of any building in the complex. This includes vaping, Tobacco, Marijuana, etc. A $1000 fine will be imposed for violating this rule.

We will only accept reservations from guests age 25 or older.

Our community laundry uses a digital app ($4.50 per load). There are no detergent dispensers onsite, so please bring your own liquid laundry detergent.

- Take the drive around June Lake loop (confirm roads are open)
- Yosemite is just a 40-minute drive to the east gate (confirm roads are open and if a reservation is needed)

- Check out Minaret Vista, Devil's Postpile, and Rainbow Falls (confirm roads are open)
- Rent e-bikes and ride up to Horseshoe Falls
- Most of our nearby lakes are stocked with fish!

Delightful studio apartment

Close enough to the gondola in the village. Very clean and functional. Large king sized bed, pull out couch, full kitchen, all in one large room. Perfect for a small family.

Great Condo

The condo was very clean and up to date. Easy to access and close to the village. It was perfect for my daughter and I! We had a great ski trip. Hostess was very helpful. Would love to stay again!!

Great stay!

The unit is very clean, organised and stylishly renovated. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has an awesome shower. It’s walking distance to a great brewery and other restaurants/nightlife. The owner has the check in/out process dialed. Will definitely stay again.

Updated warm and cozy condo

We had a great stay, the condo is clean and nicely updated. The location is very close to the Village which has restaurants and stores. The gondola up to Canyon Lodge is close, an easy 10 min walk. No need to drive, everything is right there. Note that it is on the smaller side, but its a really nice place to stay. Perfect for two, but you could fit 4.

Awesome location, very comfortable condo

Very comfy modern studio condo in Hidden Valley with easy walking access to the Village and gondola. All amenities and appointments are in excellent condition and in working condition with the bed and furniture very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need so you can cook full meals if desired. Tricia, the owner, was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again, Tricia, and I’ll hit you up again next time I’m up!

Perfect weekend spot

This rental was amazing for our family of 3 for a long ski weekend. Proximity to the gondola and the village were great for us. The condo was easy to find, clean, and well stocked. It was a little cave-like due to the snow but we were hardly there except to sleep and make dinner. The kitchen was great for cooking and the heated floors in the bathroom were a bonus. We will be back for sure!

Updated, nice, cozy condo near the Village

It was exactly as advertised. The couch was super comfortable and so was the bed. All the kitchen items were new and we had everything we needed. The fireplace and heating system were perfect. The only thing I didn't realize was that it was down stairs and there was so much snow that there wasn't much natural light or view of anything outside. We will definitely stay again when we want a little get away.

Great Location

Close to gondola, but not a super easy walk with snow gear/boots. Ended up driving most days even though it was so close. Also lower unit, often woken my neighbors opening/closing cabinets. NOT sure if unit sat empty for awhile prior to our visit, but lots of spiderwebs around unit. It was cozy, heat only kept one side of room warm. An additional floor heater was provided, but it didn’t seem to work either. For the costs, it was ok.

We "accidentally" came upon this property through a string of "coincidental" events. When we walked in, there was no doubt in our mind that this stunning condo would be ours. It was recently remodeled with luxury and comfort in mind. We have no doubt you'll love this place. We sure do!

There's nothing like relaxing in the lap of luxury, and this condo won't disappoint! The heated floors in the shower are divine on a cold winter's morning or after a long day on the slopes. The hot tub and pool are steps away from the front door. So turn on the electric fireplace, play your favorite tunes, grab a glass of wine and create memories!
