The master bedroom is a cozy retreat, featuring a king-size bed with access to a spacious closet and dresser. From here, you can step out onto the balcony and enjoy breathtaking ocean views.

Across the hallway, you'll find the first guest room, furnished with a comfortable double bed. This room offers a closet and dresser for your convenience, with a window overlooking the street.

Upstairs, a newly renovated and fully custom bathroom awaits, providing a luxurious space for your relaxation and pampering needs.

On the main floor, the second guest room awaits, complete with a double bed and ample natural light streaming in through its many windows. You'll find a closet and dresser in this room as well.

Adjacent to the guest room, a recently refreshed full bathroom awaits, offering modern amenities and a rejuvenating experience. Across from this bathroom, you'll discover the laundry room, fully equipped with cleaning supplies and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

The kitchen is a chef's delight, fully equipped with everything you may need to prepare delicious meals. Please note that the dishwasher requires connection to the sink (instructions will be provided at the house).

The living room provides a cozy and inviting space, featuring an amazing propane fireplace to keep you warm and comfortable. With enough seating for six people, you can relax and unwind while enjoying your favorite shows on the smart TV.

Through the door off the living room/dining room, you'll step outside to a spacious patio and a screened-in porch. Here, you can gather with friends and family, fire up the BBQ, and indulge in outdoor dining. And the icing on the cake?
