Cozy, one bedroom apartment! Walk to Town of Bolton Landing, Beach, Restaurants and Marinas! Ideal location!
Comfy for up to a family of four! Separate entrance to single apartment. Efficiency kitchen, dinette area and living space on first floor. Half Bath on first floor! TV’s on both levels.
Second floor is one bedroom with bathroom (shower). Two Queen beds in same bedroom. This apartment is two floors which provides added space.
Efficiency kitchen which has sink, small fridge, microwave, toaster and keurig. Dinette set which seats 4.

All of Anna's properties are the best. We stay often and we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Comfy beds, super clean, close to everything, and feels like home. Highly recommend!

Bolton Landing

Wonderful visit to Bolton Landing to spend time with family. Property was clean, easy to access, and conveniently located. Two floors (upstairs bedroom and bathroom, downstairs kitchenette and living room) was great for our kids.

The location is just perfect!!! Walk to the left & in under a minute you are at Veteran's Memorial Park Beach... Take Beautifull Walk to the right & in 3-4 minutes you are in the HEART of Bolton Landing!!! Anna is an Awesome HOST who communicates very well! Can't wait to go back!!!

We loved our stay in Anna’s property! Extra bonus points for being dog friendly!! Perfectly located to the Village of Bolton Landing with lots of bars, restaurants & shopping. Walking distance to The Sagamore Resort which was a nice stroll with the pup. Anna thought of everything
welcome basket with snacks, waters and WINE!!! Bathroom toiletries in case anything is forgotten. Would 100% stay here again!!

Lovely Apartment in Bolton

My family and I had a lovely few days in Bolton Landing staying in this quaint little apartment which was perfect for our needs - 2 adults and 2 children (11 and 8), walking distance into town and 3 minutes drive away from the Sagamore where our friends were staying. The hosts kindly had snacks and wine for our arrival, toiletries, restaurant options and wifi instructions. Air conditioned and lovely touches. We would happily go back.

Super Return Visit

Fantastic stay at the Bolton Apartment. This was our second time staying here. We love the location, cleanliness and layout of the apartment. Walking distance to Bolton Landing, across the street from the marina and public beach. 1.5 bathrooms is a bonus and bedroom upstairs, makes the square footage in the apartment go far. Hope to come back next year. Amazing hosts, even allowed us to extend our stay at the last minute. đŸ€—

Close to town - great spot!

My husband myself and our 4 y/o daughter stayed here for a long weekend and we had a great time! Walking distance to town and close to everything. The property was clean and Anna had snacks, toiletries and a bottle of wine waiting for us! Such a nice touch. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay close to town!

Great location!

We have been coming to Bolton for years and couldn't be happier to have found this property! It was clean, nicely decorated and had all that we needed for our stay(including toiletries, snacks and wine)! We were walking distance to town and the beach and had a great stay!
