Cozy, one bedroom apartment! Walk to Town of Bolton Landing, Beach, Restaurants and Marinas! Ideal location!
Comfy for up to a family of four! Separate entrance to single apartment. Efficiency kitchen, dinette area and living space on first floor. Half Bath on first floor! TV’s on both levels.
Second floor is one bedroom with bathroom (shower). Two Queen beds in same bedroom. This apartment is two floors which provides added space.
Efficiency kitchen which has sink, small fridge, microwave, toaster and keurig. Dinette set which seats 4.

Great location!

We have been coming to Bolton for years and couldn't be happier to have found this property! It was clean, nicely decorated and had all that we needed for our stay(including toiletries, snacks and wine)! We were walking distance to town and the beach and had a great stay!

Bolton Landing

Wonderful visit to Bolton Landing to spend time with family. Property was clean, easy to access, and conveniently located. Two floors (upstairs bedroom and bathroom, downstairs kitchenette and living room) was great for our kids.

Wonderful vacation week

We stayed in this wonderful apartment in July. It was immaculately clean and decorated with adirondack furnishings. It was walking distance to the beach and the town of Bolton Landing with great shops and restaurants. Looking forward to staying again next summer!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

The location is just perfect!!! Walk to the left & in under a minute you are at Veteran's Memorial Park Beach... Take Beautifull Walk to the right & in 3-4 minutes you are in the HEART of Bolton Landing!!! Anna is an Awesome HOST who communicates very well! Can't wait to go back!!!

Close to town - great spot!

My husband myself and our 4 y/o daughter stayed here for a long weekend and we had a great time! Walking distance to town and close to everything. The property was clean and Anna had snacks, toiletries and a bottle of wine waiting for us! Such a nice touch. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay close to town!

Nice get away weekend!

No issues. Everything was nice. The snacks and toiletry baskets were a very nice touch. Super nice to deal with. Good location. Bed was comfortable. Loved that they allow dogs!!!

EXCELLENT

We loved our stay in Anna’s property! Extra bonus points for being dog friendly!! Perfectly located to the Village of Bolton Landing with lots of bars, restaurants & shopping. Walking distance to The Sagamore Resort which was a nice stroll with the pup. Anna thought of everything…welcome basket with snacks, waters and WINE!!! Bathroom toiletries in case anything is forgotten. Would 100% stay here again!!

Property was really nice. Had everything you could need. We brought our 2 dogs and it was great to have so much area to walk around. Great restaurants nearby and walkable. We drove 10 minutes to Lake George Village however found that to be very touristy and didn’t have any good restaurants. Bolton Landing has better restaurants and bars by far. Village of lake George good if you want to take a boat tour of lake George.

Lovely Apartment in Bolton

My family and I had a lovely few days in Bolton Landing staying in this quaint little apartment which was perfect for our needs - 2 adults and 2 children (11 and 8), walking distance into town and 3 minutes drive away from the Sagamore where our friends were staying. The hosts kindly had snacks and wine for our arrival, toiletries, restaurant options and wifi instructions. Air conditioned and lovely touches. We would happily go back.

Super Return Visit

Fantastic stay at the Bolton Apartment. This was our second time staying here. We love the location, cleanliness and layout of the apartment. Walking distance to Bolton Landing, across the street from the marina and public beach. 1.5 bathrooms is a bonus and bedroom upstairs, makes the square footage in the apartment go far. Hope to come back next year. Amazing hosts, even allowed us to extend our stay at the last minute. 🤗

Cozy stay in a great location!

We were very happy with our stay in this cozy apartment. My husband and I stayed for the week, both working from here, then exploring the town in the evening. The apartment was very clean, spotless really, and had almost everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable! We brought our little dog and she was very comfortable as well. Anna was very quick to respond to any questions we had and very pleasant to talk to. It’s a great location, with a nice, clean beach across the street and many restaurants to choose from within a short walking distance. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

Bolton Landing Vacation Spot

I would definitely suggest this place to stay. It is walking distance to the little village of Bolton Landing and across from the street from a free beach area that has a playground and picnic tables. It’s like only about a 20 minute ride to Lake George Village. The place is very cute and very clean and the owners are very nice and pleasant.

Excellent location

I was looking for a location that was accessible to the lake and close to town. I can finally speak for myself when I say this place matched all the rave reviews. The cottage is definitely a home away from home so clean and cozy. This location is super close to everything. We hope to visit again!
