Welcome to Gulf Gate Poolside Retreat, a renovated 3BR/2BA home with a heated private pool, outdoor dining with a smart TV, and a quick drive to Siesta Key Beach. Sleep easy with a king, queen, two twin bunk sets with a trundle, and two queen sleeper sofas. The kitchen is fully stocked, there’s central A/C, and a washer and dryer. Pet friendly for up to two well-behaved dogs.

About the Space:
Bright, comfortable living area with plenty of seating and streaming-ready TVs. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa with closet storage. Bedroom two has a queen bed and sliding doors leading directly out to the pool area. The third bedroom (Kids Room) has two twin-over-twin bunk beds, one with a twin trundle. There is an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Bring the entire family!

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a traditional coffee maker and Keurig, toaster, microwave, fridge, and electric range/oven, plus a breakfast bar and dining table. Step outside to a private, heated in-ground pool with lounge seating and a grill, pool heat is available for an additional fee.

Essentials include fast Wi-Fi, central A/C, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryers, and starter supplies of paper products, soaps, and trash bags. Driveway parking fits two vehicles, with space for one more in the garage. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please include pets in your booking notes and follow house rules for outdoor areas.

About the Location:
Located in Sarasota’s Gulf Gate neighborhood, you’re close to shops, dining, and everyday conveniences. Siesta Key Beach is only a few miles away, with Downtown Sarasota and Lido Key/St. Armands an easy drive, and SRQ Airport about 12 miles from the home.

Things to Know:
Quiet hours start at 10 pm and parties are not permitted. No glass in or near the pool and swimming is at your own risk. We provide a starter kit of paper goods and toiletries; longer stays may need restocking. All of your beach needs are provided - from beach towels to beach chairs and an umbrella are in the garage. Weekly lawn and pool service may briefly access the yard.

All pets must be approved so reach out to us first. This property allows small/medium well-behaved dogs. For approved pets, there is an a nonrefundable pet fee of $300 plus taxes and processing fee per pet. Make sure to pick up after your dogs.
