Opulence at the Opus. Enjoy your Summer Poolside or Beachside!

TREAT YOURSELF!! At the Opus Condominium #1002 we offer a variety of activities to accommodate up to 8 guests. POOL IS OPEN! Prices and availability are current. Located beachside you can hang out on the sandy shores of Daytona Beach Shores, or visit many of the shops, or walk across the street for a family fun day of mini-golf. We also have a gym and billiards/game room for your use. Inside the condo you can take advantage of the 3 bedrooms, complete with 2 king beds and 2 double beds that will comfortably sleep 8 people. Master bedroom boasts a soaking tub and walk in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and roomy enough to make your favorite home cooked meals while enjoying the beach. For your safety, we employ a team of people to clean and sanitize the condo before your arrival. After a day at the beach feel free to hang up your beachwear in the full laundry room and get ready for a night out. You won’t have to worry about finding a parking spot and you’ll beat the heat with our underground parking garage and your personal parking spot. Come feel right at home with us and feel the Opulence at the Opus. The Opus is close to Flagler Beach where you can enjoy breathtaking views while dining in several Oceanfront restaurants, Ponce Inlet and its Historic Lighthouse, Main Street and all of its nightlife, Daytona International Speedway and its adrenaline pumping events, and only an hour from Florida's major theme parks.

A Great Family Property

This property is amazing and fully loaded! The condo had everything we needed during the trip and more! The location was very convenient and beach access was easy. The hostess was so kind and helpful. We had a great trip and hope to return to this property.

This unit is wonderful- spacious and beautifully furnished.

We hosted dinners with extended family in the area and had plenty of space. The kitchen has everything you need. It is very easy to use the underground parking. Loved our walka on the beach.

Amazing!!!

The condo was absolutely gorgeous. We were all shocked at how spacious the condo was . The condo was in a wonderful location. Although we were on the 10th floor , the elevators worked quickly, and the walk to the pool and beach were very short. We would definitely go back and would recommend this condo to anyone :)

Opus is the Obvious Choice

Staying at the Opus to drop our only child off at college was one of the best decisions! There was plenty of room for family to stay. The unit was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen as promised. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool area was under construction from the most recent hurricane, but has since been repaired. The location of this building was close to everything which was extremely convenient. I would highly suggest staying at this unit to friends and family!

Peaceful Vacation

This was a very peaceful vacation in a great unit. The condo was spacious with very comfortable beds and a nice split layout. The bathrooms were well stocked with bath towels and beach towels were also provided a long with sunscreen. There was even a closet of beach supplies such as chairs and items for beach play. The kitchen was larger than most condo kitchens and was well stocked with pots, pans, coffee, makers, etc. Amy went out of her way to make us feel welcome with little extras in the condo. I would highly recommend this condo!

Great condo with ocean views!

This is a large and beautifully decorated condo with ocean views. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the beautiful ocean view. The condo is well appointed and the online pictures accurate. The host was easy to communicate and I loved how quickly the host responded to my queries. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful Apartment!

Great apartment with everything we needed for a peaceful beach vacation. Nicely equipped kitchen. We loved sitting on the patio with the (off to the side) ocean views. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub and loved being right on the beach.

.I was born in Arizona and raised in southern California. I attended college in Riverside and then embarked on a career in the hospitality industry. My success in this field would allow me to rise to be both a general manager and later corporate trainer for well-known restaurant chains.
Looking for a change, I decided to move to Florida and get my real estate license. I am now settled in the Daytona Beach area with my nephew Greyson and our 3 pets.

Boats sail and cruise along the waterway, making the views from either the east or the west particularly scenic.
