Sleeping up to 7 guests, the cottage offers:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed for restful nights
Bedroom 2: Two sets of single bunks, perfect for kids or cousins
Bedroom 3: Double bed with overhead single bunk

The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, and separate toilet—great for families. Outdoors, the covered entertaining space shines year-round, complete with a BBQ, dining table, and cosy seating. Whether it’s a summer evening meal or a winter cuppa with the sea breeze, you’ll feel right at home.

Both the front and back yards are securely fenced, giving children and pets safe freedom to play. This flexible, family-focused home is your base for unwinding, reconnecting, and making lasting seaside memories.

Guests enjoy full and exclusive access to the entire property. This includes three bedrooms, lounge, dining, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and both front and back yards. The undercover entertaining area with BBQ and outdoor dining is yours to enjoy in every season. With no shared spaces, you can relax at your own pace knowing the home is fully private during your stay.


Stansbury is an easy town to explore on foot, with the beach, pub, shops, and local amenities all within a short stroll. For day trips along the Yorke Peninsula, a car is recommended. Street parking is available at the property, making it simple to come and go as you please while enjoying the convenience of a walkable holiday spot.

Set on North Terrace, the cottage sits opposite Stansbury Golf Course and just minutes from the beach. This peaceful coastal town is known for its calm waters, perfect for kids, and its friendly community atmosphere. Walk to the supermarket, local deli, or Dalrymple Hotel for sunset drinks and hearty meals. Nearby, you’ll find scenic walking trails, jetty fishing, and relaxed picnic spots along the foreshore. Pillows and blankets are provided, but guests must bring pillowcases, sheets, quilt covers, and towels. Linen hire is available—book in advance for convenience. Please note the hot water can run very warm, especially in the kitchen. The gardens may have seasonal growth despite regular upkeep. Pets are welcome, but please let us know in advance.
