Rear Ramp & Rail access. Two car-parking space inside the tall wooden fencing. Check in time is 15:00 hours or anytime after 15:00, as the caretaker needs time to change linen and tidy up after the previous guests move out after 12 noon. Similarly, pease make sure to check out on or before 12 so that the house has to be made ready for the next guests. The caretaker will get into the house if he finds that the guests forget to switch off the electrical appliances. Number of people above 4 is negotiable and conditnal. 2.7 km from the heart of the town. 6.4km to the airport. 1 km to the Esplanade and pier. 5km to Whale watiching boat facility. 200 meters to bicylce track. NETFLIX , You Tube and National Channels are available on the TV. No access to ground floor, the toilet at the rear and the shed behind the house. Backyard is common access for both 1st floor & ground floor. Please use only the designated place for parking. 21;00 till 05:00 hours is quite time. You may use lights during night, but no loud sounds please. Kindly avoid children running in the upstairs as it will be a great disturbance for those who live downstairs and the wooden floor multiplies the noise. Thank you
