With a dedicated office space for work or study, hydronic heating for cosy winter stays, and split system air conditioning in the living area and second bedroom, this home is perfectly equipped for comfort year-round. The sleek, fully equipped kitchen and open-plan living area create a welcoming space to relax, while the peaceful, tree-lined street ensures a quiet stay. Please note, no pets are permitted at this property.

Whether you’re in town for work or leisure, you’ll enjoy being just moments from some of Melbourne’s most beautiful green spaces, including Fawkner Park, the Royal Botanic Gardens, and Grattan Gardens. Boutique shopping, Prahran Market, and trendy cafés are all nearby, and for a special dining experience, the renowned Entrecôte is within easy reach.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
