The Space:
This entire home in El Centenario sleeps up to 8 guests across two fully independent units—a studio with a king bed and a two-bedroom family home—just steps from a calm beach on La Paz Bay. Book both for multi-generational trips or friend groups who want privacy and shared outdoor space, all 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown La Paz.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The studio features a king bed, sleeper sofa, and its own full kitchen and bathroom. In the family home, the ground-floor bedroom offers two queen beds, while the upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a private balcony overlooking the bay—ideal for morning coffee with water views. Each bedroom includes air conditioning, a ceiling fan, blackout shades, and a wall-mounted TV. Three bathrooms total mean no morning bottlenecks.
Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area
The family home's open-plan main floor is flooded with natural light. Stretch out on the large sofa, gather around the dining table for meals, or perch at the breakfast bar for quick bites or remote work. Both units have fully equipped kitchens with everything you need to cook, plus coffee makers to fuel your mornings.
Outdoor Amenities

- We encourage all guests to use water and electricity mindfully, as these resources can sometimes be limited in the city. In the rare event of any service disruption, we always work to resolve it as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth stay.
- You must be 21 or older to book.
- We’ll ask you to sign a Rental Agreement once you confirm your booking.
- Only the guests listed in your reservation can stay with us.
- You might need to show an ID when you check in or during your stay.
- If not booking via ABB we will ask for a temporary security deposit, released after your check-out.
- The home has stairs, it is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
- For stays 28 nights or longer, electricity isn’t included.
- No smoking inside, and no drugs or illegal stuff — breaking this will cost a $300 fine.
- Please no parties or loud noise after 10 pm, so we keep the neighborhood peaceful.
- Need extra cleaning? Just ask — it’s available for a small fee.
- You’re responsible for any damages during your stay.
- No pets allowed, sorry.
- Gas isn’t included for the BBQ. Feel free to use any gas left in the tank. If not the grill can also be used with charcoal (not provided).
