While there is no elevator in this home, wide staircases connect the levels with ease. A Ring camera is installed near the front door for added security and peace of mind.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed on the ground level, where the outdoor living space awaits. The private backyard features a heated swimming pool with a hot-tub, a comfortable seating area with an outdoor couch, an outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy feet, and a ping pong table for a little friendly competition. There is parking for up to three vehicles. You will note beautiful outdoor balconies with water views off of the second level of the home.

The second floor is where the home's main living areas are located. The spacious and open living room is centered around a plush queen-size sleeper sofa, additional seating, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A beautifully designed half bathroom is also located on this level. The dining area offers a table with seating for six, while the kitchen island seats several more. The kitchen is a chef's dream—bright, well-stocked, and fully equipped with everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals. Guests will enjoy stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware. A dual-function Keurig coffee maker allows you to brew a full pot or single cup, and is capable of serving up to twelve cups. Also on the second floor is a guest bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and a closet. A nearby full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and a spacious vanity.

The two additional guest bedrooms on this floor share a full bathroom located in the hallway. One of these bedrooms is furnished with two twin beds and a closet, while the other offers a queen-size bed and closet. The shared bathroom includes a walk-in shower and spacious vanity.

Our homes are not inventoried or stocked with beach gear or baby items; however, previous guests sometimes leave these behind. If you're considering renting such items, we recommend checking the property upon arrival for any available gear.
