On the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area forms the heart of the home. A comfortable lounge and TV create a cosy setting for movie nights and quiet evenings, while the eight-seater dining table invites guests to gather over long meals and shared conversations. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, generous bench space, cookware, dinnerware, and a Nespresso coffee machine, making everything from quick breakfasts to group dinners feel effortless. Sliding doors open onto the spacious backyard, where outdoor dining and a Weber BBQ create an easy flow between indoor comfort and relaxed outdoor entertaining.

The primary bedroom is conveniently positioned downstairs and features a king bed, mirrored built-in robes, and a private ensuite with a shower, vanity, and toilet. Upstairs, two queen bedrooms provide calm and comfortable spaces to recharge, while the fourth bedroom includes a tri-bunk bed with a single over double configuration and a dedicated kids’ corner, ideal for younger guests. A second living area upstairs with a sofa, bean bag seating, and TV offers children their own retreat to relax after a day out. The main bathroom includes both a bath and separate shower, while the separate laundry with a washer, dryer, and ironing facilities adds convenience for longer stays. Ducted heating and cooling throughout ensures year-round comfort, and secure garage parking is available on site.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
