Large country style home ideally located just a 5-minute stroll to the centre of town or to the Margaret River. The house is spacious and has Shire approval for a maximum of 4 guests (Approval P221724). Karri Birdsong Retreat is the perfect base to enjoy all that the Margaret River region has to offer and come home sit back, relax and enjoy the views and peaceful birdsong.

Strictly no smoking inside the house.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am
Dogs are permitted on application. See dog rules in section X of the rental agreement.
This a no-smoking property.

Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
Bed type: 3 Queen Beds | 2 Single Beds
Tents, boat, campers, caravans, swags, sleeping bags are not permitted on or to be used at the property during a booking.
The bins are collected on Thursday morning. Please make sure the bins are ready by the side of the road on a Wednesday night.
Properties are professionally cleaned prior to your booking but please note that prior to your departure you are required to:
Put all furniture back in original positions
All dishes are to be cleaned, dried and put back in their appropriate places.
All food and rubbish removed and put in the external bins.
BBQ turned off after use.
Ovens – food removed and wiped.
