Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please also note that if you make a new booking instead of requesting an alteration request to your booking, the cleaning fee will not be refunded.

The fee will need to be paid upfront and in advance for the early check-in to apply on the day of your arrival.
