👟 No shoes inside the home — please help us keep the space clean and comfortable.

🚭 Strictly no parties, smoking, or loud noise after 9 PM — we respect our neighbors and expect the same from our guests.

🔑 Lost keys/swipe fees:
  • $150 for lost key sets (replacement)
  • $450 for full replacement of swipe and keys
  • After-hours lockout call-out fee: $210 (payable via Airbnb on the day)

🧼 Damaged towels, linens, or extra cleaning due to not following check-out instructions may incur a $150 additional cleaning fee.

🔇 Noise policy: Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. This is a residential area, and we want to be respectful at all times.

Before you leave, we kindly ask you to:

🍽️ Place all used dishes in the dishwasher, run it, and return clean dishes to their place.
