The fourth bedroom is a versatile bunk room with four twin beds, ideal for families or groups with children. Additional highlights include proximity to The Ritz-Carltonâs restaurant and bars (a 5 to 10 minute walk down the ski hill in the summer), and excellent shared amenities, including a well-equipped exercise facility, two large hot tubs and a clubhouse with a pool table. Upon arrival, you will drive your vehicle into the high clearance underground parking structure beneath the building before taking an elevator directly from the parking level into the unit.

- The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
- Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
