Enjoy a stylish homey experience in my 1 bedroom apartment. This modern day sanctuary offers an exclusive lifestyle destination to guests.
Perfectly situated between St Paul`s Terrace and Alfred Street and is only 1.5km from Brisbane CBD.
This One-bedroom apartment is self-contained and self-service.
My apartment has a 1 queen bed plus a sofa bed. It boasts a well-appointed, fully equipped kitchen, including full-size fridges, gas stovetops, a small microwave, and an oven. The dining, living area, and small workspace have been well designed and perfectly suit the location, style, and homey aura. Ideal for corporate guests or couples in town. The apartment also comes with full laundry facilities and free Wi-Fi.
Basic amenities are provided such as linens, bath towels toilet paper, and a bath essential starter pack. In case some items are not on the list or seem not enough for your stay and consumption, we highly recommend you bring the items with you.
The apartment offers a street view, so please expect street and traffic noises.

CAR PARK ACCESS:
Height Restriction: 2.3metres
The guest needs to retrieve their room key before accessing allocated parking spaces. A temporary parking space is available on the ground floor/level 1 for guests to use while they complete their check-in process. (Visitor Parking)
FOB restricted secure onsite undercover parking with unlimited access.
I will not be with you on the day of your arrival but I`m working closely with the Building Manager and their staff, Check in will be done by the Reception Team. Upon arrival, please provide your Valid ID and your Confirmation Code from Airbnb for them to pull out your reservation. In case you need anything during your stay, please don`t hesitate to message me on Airbnb and I`ll do my best to attend to your needs.
Brisbane is a vibrant and expanding area & there are few new projects in development that will make it even more vibrant. This does come with some construction and the associated noise. We thank you for your understanding.
No Parties or Events
All loud music/noise must be turned off by 10 pm.
No smoking
This is a non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking will be charged a minimum of AUD250 and or additional cleaning fees.
Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged $200

If you run out of amenities such as toiletries and condiments, please keep in mind that you may request additional from the Reception Team. You may call them or go directly to the Reception Area to get the additional amenities.
