Amazing property on the bay! Views, beach, water and location are perfect!! So much room for all guests, private bathrooms are a definite plus!! AC worked amazing and fans in every room which we love! Beautiful decor and fully stocked kitchen. Pool, toys and patio were perfect- we brought a few of our own blow up floats so everyone could have one to enjoy in the ocean. Host was responsive and helpful when needed. Cannot go wrong with this place in paradise!!!

Staying at this beach house was an absolute dream. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the shoreline, with stunning ocean views that made every morning feel special. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space to relax both indoors and out.The highlight was definitely the pool. It was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Whether lounging poolside with a drink or taking a refreshing swim at sunset, it added a luxurious touch to the entire stay.Everything we needed was provided, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy outdoor seating areas. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful, making sure our stay was smooth from start to finish.Overall, this beach house offered the perfect mix of relaxation and comfort. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a touch of luxury.

May 29-June 14, 2026Villa Summerwinds was exactly as described. The house was beautiful and accommodated our group of 8 perfect. The pool was such a nice addition. We enjoyed it everyday. The beach was beautiful and had great snorkeling right off the beach. We saw so many pretty fish, barracuda, sting rays and so much more.The kitchen with two sinks and two dishwashers and plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans and storage and serving containers was put to good use with our group. We also made use of the two washers and dryers. Some of us stayed 16 days and others of our group stayed 6 and 8 days. We all loved the privacy of the bedrooms if a nap was needed.Arielle, our hostess, was very responsive and made lots of arrangements for us, to include transportation to dinner and excursions, massages at the house and even found someone to fix a broken fingernail. She even happened by while we were trying to get a group photo at the Exuma sign and stopped and took our picture!! Side note, we did have to pay a concierge fee for the services. Not sure if that is standard but just wanted to mention. Worth the money to have her available for all our wishes.We will definitely go back to Exuma and Villa Summerwinds in the future.

This newly built beach villa is an incredible retreat that embodies luxury and tranquility. When you step inside, you see an expansive open-concept design that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. Floor-to-ceiling windows give lots of natural light and uninterrupted views of the turquoise waters and beach.The décor is a mix of contemporary and beach vibes. Soft, neutral tones, natural wood accents, high-end furnishings. It has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space for meal prep.Each of the villa's bedrooms features en-suite bathrooms, giving lots of privacy and comfort. Outside, a beautiful patio leads to a private salt water heated pool & shaded couch area perfect for lounging out of the sun. What truly sets this villa apart is its unbeatable location; literally on the beach. Theres various water activities; snorkeling, paddleboarding, kayaking swimming. Theres a few restaurants and full service marina a few mins drive away. The capital of Georgetown is a 20 min drive away with a few restaurants & beach club a simple boat ride across the water. The house manager & concierge are amazing; any questions about private cook or excursions were quickly answered. This beach villa in Exuma is an unforgettable experience where luxury meets natural beauty.
