The master bedroom is upstairs with its own ensuite facing north east so the morning sun will flood into the bedroom. The guest bedroom is downstairs upon entry into the house with its own lounge space and ensuite.



As you enter the upstairs you will notice how the spacious living room flows effortlessly into the kitchen with stunning views. From the kitchen you will be able to enjoy the undercover outside deck where you will be able to enjoy a wine matched with the regions local produce looking towards Diamond Island and Redbill Beach. The house is equipped with all of the latest kitchen appliances making entertaining effortless.



The property is on a flat block with a fenced off grassy backyard which includes an outdoor shower to rinse off from your walk back from the beach.
