This luxury loft condominium sits above the main street in the heart of downtown Estes Park (STR #6216). Walk to shopping, restaurants and bars and never fight for parking -- or drive just a few minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park. Relax in front of a fire, enjoy a movie, or cook up a storm in our gourmet kitchen. A balcony off the living room and second bedroom allows you to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine and watch downtown Estes. Great basecamp to enjoy Estes!

1) No early check in or late checkouts. Check in is 4pm or later; check out is 10am or earlier.
2) One bedroom in this open floor plan apartment opens to a hallway and does not have a door. Check the photos to ensure this works for your visit.
3) There is no private parking for this unit, but guests will have use of a free guest parking pass for an adjacent public parking lot.
4) Guests must must start dishwasher and start a laundry load of towels/hand towels/washcloths at checkout (we have negotiated a lower cleaning fee based on this).
5) You must input dates and guest count before the platform calculates an accurate price for your visit.

My husband and I love its cozy, high-end vibe, cleanliness, high ceilings, and incredible location that's perfect for exploring the best of Estes. It's perfectly appointed with comfy furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and countless amenities so you can feel at home during your mountain getaway in Estes Park.

You will enjoy 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower (no tub), a living and dining room with games, puzzles and a smart TV, a great deck with fun views of Estes Park's central district.
My favorite feature is the perfect location in the heart of downtown Estes Park. The loft is a great home base to not only explore the National Park, but also explore the shops and restaurants that Estes Park is also famous for.
BEDROOMS
Our home offers two sleeping areas. Note that one has an open floor plan and it does not have a door. Make sure you look at the photos to confirm this is ok! We can't advertise this a bedroom due to local codes.
Queen Bedroom - A great master bedroom with on the north side of the building, opening directly onto the deck and into the living/dining area.
King Sleeping Area - A spacious bedroom right next to the entry way -- note that there is no door. See photos so you are not surprised.
LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT
Deck - The tiny patio opens up directly above downtown's Elkhorn Avenue, where you can enjoy the color sights and sounds of Estes Park.
Living Room - The living and dining area features a great flat screen television and a cozy fireplace.
WiFi - The loft has a great WiFi router so youâll enjoy a strong connection for streaming, entertainment and work, with no dead zones.
COOKING
Kitchen - The kitchen is fully stocked It features an oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, various small appliances, cutlery, dishes, utensils, bowls/pots/pans and virtually anything else you may need or want. It opens directly to the dining area so you can socialize as someone's cooking.
Guests will have access to our entire property:
Free off-street parking in a public to behind the building
2 sleeping areas (one has no door -- see photos)
1 small patio
1 kitchen/living/dining area
1 bathroom
Private laundry facilities
My husband and I live in town and will share management with our friends Nathan and Nancy with The Wolf Rentals. They will likely be your main points of contact during your stay, as they have hosted 10,000 or more guests over the years and do an incredible job helping you to feel at home.
We love this neighborhood because it is in the center of downtown, on the second floor right above the main drag of Estes Park. You can walk literally anywhere you'd like, to all our favorite restaurants, breweries, shops, movie theaters, parks, and much, much more.
Due to the central location, you can easily hop on the public transport system that runs all summer long. The closest stop is within a few blocks and you can take that to the park visitor center, and from there you can take the shuttle into the National Park.
NONPAYING GUESTS
My insurance requires that nonpaying and non-registered guests are not allowed on property. We have a Ring doorbell to prevent nonpaying guests and deter parties.
ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE
There is an additional charge per person for your stay after the first two guests. AirBnB will automatically calculate the total when you input your dates and guest count.
AIR CONDITIONER
This is one of the few vacation rentals in Estes Park that has an air conditioner! Enjoy it!
MINUT
We use a Minut noise meter. It doesn't record audio, but instead monitors decibel levels, temperature and humidity. This is for the safety of guests & to protect the home. It also serves to warn us about parties & prevent noise complaints from neighbors. It's located on the cieling in the kitchen.
Note that you will need to park in the free public parking lot directly behind the building. There is no parking spot that's designated for this particular rental.
