This property is very old and has numerous unresolved issues. While on the way to the property, the manager informed us that the dishwasher was not working, and we agreed to proceed under that condition. However, upon arrival, we discovered that additional major amenities were also not working, including the sauna and the water heater, which were not disclosed in advance.The management stated that the sauna was working earlier on the day of our arrival, but when we accessed the property at approximately 4:20 PM, it was already not functioning and was never repaired during our stay. The primary reason we rented this houseâat a cost of 10,000 for four daysâwas specifically because of the sauna. This key amenity was therefore unavailable.Additionally, the gas tank water heater located in the basement repeatedly turns off and does not provide consistent hot water to the kitchen and the bathroom above. There also appears to be leakage from the water heater tank, which presents a serious safety concern and should be addressed immediately.The houseâs heating system is also inadequate and poorly designed. There are multiple heaters located throughout the home, but they heat rooms inconsistently and appear to be placed randomly, leaving some areas uncomfortable.Furthermore, the main family room, where the primary sofa and television are located, is far too small for a six-bedroom house.
