Settle in and make yourself at home in this relaxed, welcoming three-bedroom, two-bathroom house â the perfect base for your Wanaka escape. Tucked away in a quiet, established neighbourhood, youâll be just a short stroll to the lakefront, scenic walking and biking tracks, and Wanakaâs lively town centre.
Wake up to beautiful lake and mountain views right from the house â a lovely feature to enjoy with your morning coffee. Inside, youâll find fresh, modern interiors with stylish furnishings and an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area designed for easy, relaxed holiday living.
After a day of adventure, kick back in the cosy lounge or gather around the dining table with family and friends. If youâre feeling active, the tennis and croquet clubs are directly across the road, or head into town for great cafĂ©s, restaurants, and lakeside drinks â all just minutes away.
*Please note, there is an external security camera facing the garden. There are no cameras within the home.
OUR STRICT RULES:
No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm:
As we are situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you refrain from creating any disruptive noise after 10:00 pm. Our neighbours have been informed to notify us of any excessive noise disturbances. If you anticipate difficulty adhering to this rule, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking with us.
Minimum age requirement:
Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. The primary guest must be staying for the duration of the reservation and may be asked to provide ID for verification.
No parties without prior approval:
Any gatherings or events require prior approval, and unauthorised parties will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Please note there may be an additional fee for hosting extra guests if approved.
Checkout is at 10:00 am:
We kindly request that you check out by 10:00 am on the day of departure. If you require a late checkout, please submit your request at least 24 hours in advance. Late checkouts are subject to availability.
No smoking inside the property:
Smokingâincluding the use of any recreational drugsâis strictly prohibited inside the premises.
Leave the property in a reasonable state:
We expect the property to be left in a reasonable and tidy condition upon departure. Any additional cleaning required beyond standard procedures will be charged at $60 per hour. Please promptly report any damages, spills, or stains during your stay. If necessary, you may be held responsible for replacement or professional cleaning costs.
Board games:
We love that guests enjoy our games, but please ensure all games are returned to their original boxes before departure. As reassembling games is a time-consuming task, a $60 charge will apply if the cleaner needs to complete this.
BBQ cleaning:
The BBQ and utensils must be cleaned after each use by the guest. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning charge.
