Paradise on Pine is an elevated home that sits above a quiet retail shop and offers a private backyard oasis complete with a heated pool, lush tropical landscaping, lounge seating, and a gas grill your own serene escape after a day of sun and sand. Step inside to a breezy, open-concept living space featuring recycled distressed wood floors and cozy coastal furnishings. The living area is open and inviting, featuring beachy distressed wood floors, comfortable coastal furnishings, a queen sleeper sofa, and a brand new smart flat screen TV. A Sonos speaker is available for streaming your favorite music or shows. Two sets of French doors in the dining area open to the spacious back porch that overlooks the pool the ideal spot to relax or entertain. The fully stocked kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials for cooking and dining. The breakfast bar seats 6, and the dining table accommodates up to 8 guests. The primary suite features a king bed, flat screen TV, porch access, and a spa-inspired ensuite bath with a large walk-in shower, clawfoot tub, dual vanities, and private water closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom offers two twin beds both with flat screen TVs and private access to a porch. The shared hallway bathroom is thoughtfully designed with a split layout to help everyone get ready with ease. For added privacy, a hallway curtain can separate the guest bedrooms from the main living space. You'll also find luxury linens, high thread-count sheets, plush bath towels, and six oversized beach towels for your use.
