Accessible from both the living room and the main bedroom, the furnished balcony is the ideal place to enjoy Aruba's warm weather, take in the scenery, and make priceless vacation memories.

A sofa, a TV, a circular dining table with seating for 4, and a fully furnished kitchen with 3 barstool seats are all located inside the open-concept living space. In addition, the condo has a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a half-bathroom.

This condo is located on the left hallway off the elevators on the third floor. Sleeps 4 guests in a king-size bed and a queen-size bed.

Please take note that the interior was professionally redone in November 2025 and is completely equipped with upscale European furniture.

Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all Prestige guests upon check-in and can be exchanged once per day, free of charge, at the Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. The LeVent properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba are also equipped with coolers and portable beach chairs (stored on the ground floor) for guests to use during their beach outings.
