Boomer Beach Retreat- 3 BRM - Family Friendly

This magnificent family holiday home is just a couple minutes walk from Boomer Beach in Port Elliot and a beautiful 15 minutes coastal walk to Horseshoe Bay or into The Strand for shopping and restaurants.
The house is set up with families in mind and has everything you may need for a beach holiday. The yard is fully fenced for kids and dog to play safely.
Bed linen and towels are included.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 6 km from Victor Harbor, and guests benefit from complimentary WiFi and private parking available on site. The holiday home features 3 bedrooms, two smart TV’s, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and all you could need to cook up a storm should you wish to. There is a large secure garden for the kids as well as one well behaved dog. Sorry, no puppies under 12 months. Inside dogs are ok as long as non shedding. $75 pet fee applies.

There is a three way bathroom on this level with bath and walk in shower.
The laundry contains washer, iron and ironing board plus a whole lot of other extras.
There is also a stroller and a stair gate underneath the tri bunk bed for parents of young children to use.

UPSTAIRS:
Large open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Includes children`s dining space and a high chair.
There is a second toilet and vanity on this level also.
The dining area opens out to a spacious balcony with second dining area and BBQ.

*One well behaved pet is allowed with permission. Please let us know if you are bringing a dog with you. There is a $75 pet fee payable at booking.
*Sorry no puppies under 1 yr old.
*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

This property is not available for schoolies bookings and doesn`t accept 25 Dec arrival/departure.
Parties are not permitted. Parties and events fee $200 per occurrance.

Additional people above 4 are charged $40 per person per night.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
