Sea Breeze is the perfect trouble free couple or family escape.
This pet friendly house is just metres from Middleton Surf Beach.
Enjoy BBQ`s and a relaxing cold one on the fully enclosed covered back deck while the kids play backyard cricket on the expansive fully fenced lawn area. Enjoy also, the top deck with deck lounge to take in the view on top of the world while relaxing with a glass of wine or your favourite book.

The house itself features a spacious open plan kitchen/ding and living which opens to an expansive deck area overlooking the back yard and nature reserve.
There are three bedrooms, two with Queen beds and the third with a tri bunk ( double and single)
A modern bathroom with bath tub and walk in shower. The toilet is separate off the laundry.
All bed linen and towels are included. Just bring your beach towels.
While this property is fully fenced which is ideal for bringing your fur baby along, we do need to know if you are. There is a $75 pet fee payable.
Strictly no smoking or vaping.
No parties.
You’re welcome to use the fire pit between the months of April and Sept. please bring your own fire wood.
*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
