Limetree is nestled on a secluded Caribbean beach at the southern end of the island, making this is an idyllic oceanside spot for couples and families. Free of crowds and commercialized tourist areas, you'll find this resort offers you many of the same on-site amenities and activities that are at the more frequented locations, but in a relaxing residential style environment. The surrounding area includes only a few private homes, and the beach is wide open and much less crowded than typical Caribbean hotspots, lending the resort an atmosphere of exclusivity. The updated ocean view studios include a kitchen, balcony and bedroom space that can comfortably sleep 4 people. Traveling with family? Save money by utilizing the practical kitchen, defined dining space, utensils, typical kitchen necessities and a full or mini fridge. Self-serve laundry on property. Also enjoy free Wi-Fi across the resort.

+++Please know there are 3 separate units I'm able to reserve at this location. Studios, studio deluxes and Studio lofts. All have similar appointments but the lofts offer upper level bedroom privacy, but DO include stairs. I can not guarantee what unit will be available but IF you prefer a certain suite, please let me know and I will do my best to reserve the best unit for your needs or desires.

U.S. Virgin Islands government has imposed a fee of $25 per unit per night to be paid at check-in.

There is also a daily energy fee of $25 assessed onsite per unit

These 2 charges total $50 a day charge, which you'll find at nearly all St. Thomas resorts. It's an effort to recoup all the loss from recent hurricane damage. Thank you for supporting their efforts!

There is a $250 security deposit due at check- in.

The name provided when booking will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation will be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The person responsible for checking into the condo needs to be 21 or over!! ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $99 CHANGE FEE.
