Lisa and Tre are the proud owners of Coconut Trail Resort, a peaceful, boutique-style retreat designed for families, couples, and guests seeking comfort, warmth, and a personal touch.

Lisa, born and raised in Canada, brings a naturally welcoming and friendly energy to every guest experience. Her attention to detail and thoughtful hospitality help create a relaxing stay from the moment you arrive. Tre, originally from New York, is calm, approachable, and always happy to connect with guests—or quietly ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Their philosophy is simple: create a space that feels like home, but better. Guests enjoy a stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare your favorite meals—including a complete spice rack, coffee and tea selection, and snacks for the whole group. A special highlight is the complimentary breakfast offerings, which include vegan, lactose-free, organic, and halal options—ensuring everyone starts the day well-fed and happy. For guests 21 and over, a complimentary welcome bottle of wine or spirits is also included.

The property is pet-friendly, with a designated relief area to help keep the grounds clean and enjoyable for all. Lisa and Tre are animal lovers and gladly welcome well-behaved pets.

Live-in staff may be onsite for safety and maintenance needs, but always stay in a soundproof basement with a private entrance, so your privacy is fully maintained.

We chose this property because it offered so much potential to create something truly special. The landscaping opportunities were incredible—with different spaces to design unique guest experiences, like a tropical oasis by the pool with hammocks, a relaxing hot tub area, and a cozy covered porch. What really sealed the deal for us was Lake Osborne, just down the street. We loved that we could be out boating or jet skiing in under five minutes, and guests can even bring their own boat.

The neighborhood itself is another reason we fell in love. It’s a quiet, peaceful area on a private street with only two houses, which gives that sense of retreat people are often looking for when visiting Florida. It feels tucked away, yet it’s still centrally located and close to everything. It checked every box for us.

What makes this property truly unique is the combination of privacy, location, and design. It’s tucked away on a private street with only two homes, so it’s incredibly quiet and peaceful—yet you’re just two minutes from Lake Osborne and two minutes from the highway, which makes it super convenient to get around.

Another standout feature is that it’s the only multi-level home in the area, which means you can enjoy unobstructed sunrises and sunsets—whether you’re relaxing on the front porch in the evening or taking in the morning sunriseview from the back terrace. That elevated perspective gives you a sense of openness and light that most homes around here just don’t have.
