Multiple tram stops are within a short walk, including routes 1, 12, 48, and 109, providing quick access to Melbourne CBD and nearby suburbs. Bus stops nearby serve key routes across the city. Southern Cross Station is just minutes away for regional and interstate trains. Major roads like St Kilda Road and Kings Way are easily accessible, making car travel and rideshares convenient.
Long Stays:
For Bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is recommended. You can choose to Refresh & Restock and Full Clean for $270. For extended stays, cleaning services will be tailored to ensure our team can periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property, keeping it top condition throughout your stay.
We respectfully ask that you review the house rules before confirming your reservation and adhere to them throughout your stay. Please be aware that parties or events of any nature will not be permitted. Non-compliance with this regulation will result in eviction from the premises and charges for any necessary damage or extra cleaning.
Lost keys will result in a fee of $250.

By booking this stay, you agree to all house rules and acknowledge that violations may result in additional charges or termination of your booking.
- We kindly ask that you respect the property and treat it with care. Any damage, negligence, or misuse may result in additional charges.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $300 fine will apply if any signs of smoking are detected indoors.
- Parties, events, or loud music are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations will result in penalties, and in some cases, immediate removal from the property without a refund.
- Pets are not allowed at the property. If a pet is brought in without approval, additional cleaning fees and penalties will apply of $350.
- Please help us keep the space clean for the next guest. While we do provide professional cleaning after each stay, excessive mess or failure to maintain reasonable cleanliness may result in additional cleaning charges.
- Lost keys will incur a $200 replacement fee. This is to cover the cost of locksmith services and replacing locks if necessary.
- Early check-in or late checkout must be arranged in advance and approved by the host. Additional charges may apply depending on availability.
- If you miss your scheduled check-in time and require additional arrangements, a fee of $150 will apply for the extra coordination and support required.
- Any damaged or broken items during your stay will be assessed and charged accordingly based on replacement or repair costs.
